Return Policy
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with every product you ever buy from us. That's why we offer our Spirit Quest Archery 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Here's how it works. If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund (Of course you cover the return shipping, that's only fair). To make the process a bit easier, please include a note that describes why you're returning the item(s) and what you'd like us to do for you as far as whether you'd prefer an exchange, a refund, or a store credit. It helps if you include a copy of your order, name, address, and phone number.

After our 30 day grace period some items may still be returnable. If they are, we do add a 20% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 fee). Again, the return shipping is your responsibility.
